As is likely obvious, Lungfishopolis is kind of dead. It never had much of an audience, and as such it existed primarily as a creative outlet for me. I’ve moved my musings on video games mostly to Google Plus posts. The things I always liked most about Lungfishopolis were its design and the cool gamercard plugin I programmed for the left sidebar. I love the randomized headers with my face in profile at the left of each, I love the randomized video game character at the lower left, and I love the fake google map at the bottom with street names based off of video game character names. More so than the content, I’m proud of this site’s design.

But I’m going to be letting the domain expire. I had fun with Lungfishopolis, and now it’s time for it to go. Farewell, Lungfishopolis!
