I know now why the 4400 were sent back, and the catastrophe they were intended to prevent. I know why there are some who prefer the world as it will be after that catastrophe. If you don't want to be spoiled like crazy, stop reading right here.
In tonight's episode, Jordan Collier's ramblings about the last city, with walls 1000 feet high, was telling. People outside are begging to come in, but are not allowed. Apparently, humankind is separated into the haves and the have-nots more so than ever before. Outside The City is death - a wasteland. And there are those who prefer it this way. Sick Bastards.
So now Jordan Collier is back, and apparently he's the good guys' answer to Isabelle. I'm willing to bet that he's a crazy promicin factory too, and that he's got an assortment of powers which he's choosing not to use.
It's uncanny how closely he's resembling Jesus Christ, which brings to mind the comment I made after season 2's finale when I pointed out Jordan Collier's initials. Obviously, part of The Future's plan is to have Collier appear as a messiah to all people of a Judeo-Christian faith. Before, I hated the guy. Now, he looks like the lynchpin, and the Good Guys' only hope.
