It's a UK commercial part of Sky One's Simpsons publicity campaign.
On a side note, Yahoo! caught wind of this on March 24th. Rocketboom picked this up on the 6th or the 7th of March... HUGE delay.

Seems like every time I turn on the radio, I'm hearing about stuff weeks later that I first picked up on Digg, Fark, Rocketboom, etc. Yea, this isn't news in itself... but the gap really seems to be getting wider.
... Sounds like a new thing to blog about to me.
