Go ahead and try to tell me that my daughter isn't the cutest thing you've ever seen. Just try. You can't do it, can you? And let me tell you - Lia is amazing. She's always happy, she sleeps between 10 and 12 hours straight overnight, and she goes straight to sleep at night with no fuss. I expect her to start changing her own diapers soon.
For those of you not following Lia's blog, we just started giving her solid food. She's really not entirely sure how to eat it, but she gets it eventually. Still, most of it ends up on the bib and on the tray. We've been feeding her rice or oat cereal with applesauce or pears every morning before work.
She still doesn't like being on her stomach, and now that she's learned how to roll herself from her stomach to her back, she does that pretty much immediately when we put her on her stomach. We expect that she'll skip crawling and go straight to walking.
Every morning, Lia wakes up smiling and laughing. And amazingly, she's actually getting cuter as she gets older.
