Another life change here. We're buying a home in West Hartford. The previous owners were serious gardeners, so as you can see by the picture here we're going to have our hands full maintaining things, but as I've heard most of it is perennial and won't require a lot of work. Plus, we get to eat things from our yard which is pretty rad.
We also get a backyard, which makes me happy. Not as happy as it will make my three-year-old. She loves to be outside.
The cats are totally going to freak out at a location change, but they'll get over it.
Three bedrooms, central air, gas fireplace, unfinished basement, back deck, detached garage, and a partridge in a pear tree. Very close to the kids' school too.
I'm spending my time nowadays frantically cramming everything I own into cardboard boxes. Good times.
